Our trailer is a 1972 horse trailer that with the help of family and friends, has been completely remodeled into a mobile bar. She comes equipped a huge serving window, metal ice tubs to keep bottle beer or waters cool. Our trailer can be decorated to fit in perfectly with any event from tailgates to weddings!
And our newest additions; Our Camper bar with 2 huge serving windows! Our mini mobile bars, white, wood, and black! Don't be fooled. Our mini bar is still 5ft long! This totally cute bar on wheels is perfect for any indoor or small gathering events! As well as The Down SHOT cart! Also ask about our Aguas Fresca Bar! Offering non-Alcoholic drinks as well perfect for corporate events, ribbon cuttings, schools, hospitals, offices, baby showers, and much more! Do your prices include the drinks?
They do in some packages! Our packages are for our mobile bars and bartenders, but can also come with pre-made alcoholic drinks. Every event is different and we work closely with our clients to make sure we have the exact drinks they want served, so the price for the items to make the drinks vary.
What do you provide?
Well, on top of our beautiful Vintage Horse Trailer, we can also provide everything needed for your perfect bar. Depending on what package you choose our services include; plasticware, straws, garnishes, napkins, 2 giant metal tubs, 2 coolers, friendly experienced bartenders and personalized menu signage.
Do you offer non-alcoholic drinks?
Most definitely! We are now offering Aguas Frescas AND Mocktails for events like baby showers, birthdays, Quinceaneras, etc for events that don't want alcohol served. All drinks will still be garnished and look totally cute to make sure and impress your guests!
How far in advance do we need to book?
The earlier the better! Larger events and weddings are usually booked around a year in advance. Just remember March-May and September-December is the busy wedding/holiday seasons so those weekends book up first!
Where can we see more photos of all your bars?
Instagram is where we post the most, twice a week. And Facebook as well. You are always welcomed to text us and we will send you photos as well!
Can I book both the trailer and mini bar and have 2 different stations at my event?
For sure! Make sure to book in advance to assure both bars are available for your event. We will provide you with a bartender for each station, and is actually encouraged to book both bars for weddings over 200 guests! This will make your cocktail hour run smoother and keep everyone refreshed and happy!
